600ml Pour Over Coffee Server with Stainless Steel Filter
600ml Pour Over Coffee Server with Stainless Steel Filter — Roadside Coffee Roasters
No paper. No waste. Pure, clean coffee — every time.
This isn't just a coffee maker — it's a centerpiece. The 600ml Pour Over Coffee Server combines hand-blown borosilicate glass, a natural wood collar, a hand-stitched leather tie, and a precision stainless steel mesh filter into one beautifully crafted brewing experience. Designed for those who take their coffee seriously and their countertops personally.
Unlike paper filter pour overs, the permanent stainless steel mesh filter allows the coffee's natural oils to pass through, delivering a richer, fuller-bodied cup with more depth and complexity. No filters to buy, no waste to throw away — just pure, honest coffee the way nature intended.
At 600ml capacity, it's perfect for brewing 2–4 cups in a single pour, making it ideal for sharing or for those mornings when one cup simply isn't enough.

How to Brew with Your Pour Over Server
- Heat your water — Bring water to 195–205°F (just off the boil). Never pour boiling water directly onto the grounds.
- Rinse the filter — Run hot water through the stainless steel filter to preheat the server and rinse away any metallic taste. Discard the rinse water.
- Add your coffee — Add medium-coarse ground coffee to the filter. Use approximately 1g of coffee per 15g of water (e.g., 40g coffee for 600ml water).
- Bloom — Pour just enough water to saturate the grounds (about 2x the coffee weight). Wait 30–45 seconds for the bloom to release CO₂ and unlock full flavor.
- Pour in stages — Slowly pour the remaining water in circular motions from center to edge in 2–3 stages, allowing the water to drain between each pour.
- Remove the filter & serve — Once brewing is complete (3–4 minutes total), lift out the filter, pour, and enjoy.
Pro Tips
- A medium-coarse grind works best — too fine will slow the brew and over-extract
- The stainless steel filter produces a slightly fuller body than paper — embrace it!
- Pair with any of our single origin or artisan blends for the best results
- Hand wash the filter with warm soapy water after each use
